"Holocaust denial is unthinkable without some form of conspiracy theory." (p.38)
"The Common Plan or Conspiracy and Aggressive War" was the title of a subsection of the judgment of the IMT. Nazi Conspiracy and Aggression is the title given to the collection of documentary evidence used at the Nuremberg trials. Count One of the 4th NMT was entitled: "The Common Design or Conspiracy." Gideon Hausner, the state prosecutor at the 1961 Adolf Eichmann trial stated during session 23 "we have maintained that there was a criminal conspiracy for the extermination of Jewry ..." "Conspiracy" and "conspirator(s)" were terms very much in vogue at Eichmann's trial.
"Meanwhile, the lunatic fringe of the denier scene has decided to blame the ‘Zionists’ after all, claiming that ‘the Jews’ had already launched one Holocaust propaganda campaign in the aftermath of the First World War, citing, as is usual for cranks, a single ‘Crucial Source’, namely a misinterpreted newspaper article originally dredged up by Udo Walendy." Well over 100 newspaper articles published between 1900 - 1944 (often citing Zionist leaders) warning of the demise of exactly 6,000,000 Jews have now been found.

The expression, which is well over 100 years old, is skates onto thin ice. A small point, and only worth pointing out due to the preceding sentence, which makes it ironic.

"Any argument insinuating or claiming coercion or ‘scripting’ is in fact refuted by two favourite gambits on the Denier Bullshit Bingo scorecard, namely the repetition of wartime hearsay reports of ‘electricity’ and ‘steam’ as killing methods in the prosecution case at Nuremberg. Both were based exclusively on wartime reports quoted uncritically by researchers trying to draft charges for the Nuremberg trial. That they were repeated into late 1945 and early 1946 is evidence only of a considerable lack of coordination between different war crimes investigations." (p.70)
They were repeated long after "early 1946" as HOC BST claim. American judge Michael A. Musmanno, stated at the 4th Nuremberg Military Tribunal (the "Pohl Trial") on November 3, 1947: "In the spring of 1942 an extermination camp was established at Treblinka. It contained 10 death chambers and opened up for business in the early autumn of 1943. Death was inflicted here by gas and steam, as well as by electric current."

Nikolay Nilovich Burdenko and Mytropolitos Nikolai Ivanovitch Lomakin, two of the signatories to the official Soviet report on Auschwitz (USSR-008), are also signatories to the official Soviet report on Katyn (USSR-54), which even HC will surely not deny is a hoax, but perhaps instead just insist Burdenko et al were far more honest about Auschwitz.
"Graf’s approach to the other two early Reinhard camp trials, of Erich Bauer and of Hubert Gomerski and Johann Klier, both in 1950 and both trials focusing on crimes at Sobibor, is revealing for its incoherence as well as its dishonesty. In seeking to support his assertion that the trial of Gomerski and Klier was “accompanied by a massive campaign in the media still under Allied control”, he cites precisely one newspaper article from the Frankfurter Rundschau, a paper based in the same town as the trial was being held. This “massive campaign in the media” evidently did not include either Die Zeit or Spiegel, neither of whom ran a single story on the trial. So where are all the stories, Jürgen?" (p.76)
